Where do you deliver?

ZAVORA currently delivers only within the United Kingdom. Orders submitted with delivery addresses outside the UK cannot be accepted.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are generally prepared within 1 to 3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Following dispatch, delivery usually takes 7 to 14 business days.

Overall, the complete order fulfilment process may take up to 17 business days.

How can I track my order?

After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Are shipping charges applied?

Any applicable delivery charges are calculated during checkout and displayed before your purchase is completed.

Can I return an item?

Yes. You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with UK consumer protection legislation.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and, whenever possible, include the original packaging.
